Ordering

* Orders are currently delayed. My husband had back surgery Friday the 4th for a sever back injury. I have been taking care of him since the end of January. I have not had as much time as I really need to make soap and this is the cause for the delay in many orders. I am working hard to get caught up as soon as possible. If you need to reach me, please send me an email. If you have already placed an order and chose pay with credit card as an option, your credit card has not been charged. I process credit card payments manually the day before or the day of filling the order. If you chose Paypal you were charged at the time of placing your order. Thank you for your patients. I am very sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.

On-Line Orders
Elysian Dream offer secure payment options direct through our website. Our customers can place secured transactions for their orders with the following major credit cards; Visa, Master Card, and American Express. We also accept phone orders using your credit cards. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed on our site, another after we receive payment authorization on your credit card and a final one after your order has shipped.

PayPal
Elysian Dream give our shoppers the option of using PayPal to purchase our products. This is a great option for our shoppers that have credit cards or that prefer paying with cash and it's free. You can pay direct from your checking account through PayPal. All PayPal transactions are secure and Elysian Dream is a PayPal Verified Vendor.

Ordering by Mail
You may write down the name and product # of the items you want to order on a sheet of paper or use the printable order form, including your name, email address, bill to and ship to addresses and daytime phone number. Make a check or money order, (U.S. funds only) payable to Elysian Dream. Please note that personal checks may delay your order up to 14 business days from receipt for bank clearance. There is a $30 charge for returned checks in addition to the amount of the check. If paying by credit card include your complete card number, CVV* security number from the back of your card, expiration date, billing and, shipping addresses. Please be sure to sign your name. Shipping
For all U.S. orders please allow approximately 2 to 4 weeks to receive your package.

Telephone Orders
I prefer to be contacted by email since I'm in my office/Shop or tending to my 5 year old daughter, and the computer stays on. The "You've Got Mail" chime constantly rings and is generally answered quickly so if you'd like to send an email please do so. Just know that if you haven't heard from me, I'm probably swamped with orders and working hard to get them out. Thank you!

Fax Orders
Include credit card information (see ordering by mail) and a daytime phone number. Fax to 877-850-2341.

Processing your Order
Every attempt is made to process your order in a timely manner. We strive to mail your order within 72 hours, however, it may take up to 5-10 business days (beginning the day after you have placed your order) to be processed and packaged for shipping. All items are made-to-order and packaged fresh, this process is carefully facilitated, please plan accordingly. Orders are shipped to billing addresses only. If you wish to have your order shipped to an alternate address please choose the YES option when checking out. You will receive a phone call to obtain your shipping address. Alternate shipping addresses must be confirmed via phone. If we cannot reach you by phone for this information your order will be canceled.


Back Order and Out of Stock Items
Occasionally we run short of an item. We stock 100% items shown on our website, however, on some occasions multiple orders for the same products maybe placed by our online customers at the same time causing us to be temporarily out of stock for that specific product/s also known as BACKORDERED. If this occurs, it may cause a slight delay with your order, and if we are unable to ship out your full order within 2 to 4 weeks, you will be notified via e-mail of your order status and/or options.


Returns/Refund Policy
We accept all returns for merchandise that is damaged upon receipt and inspection, provided that we are contacted within 3 days of receipt. The returned items must be in the original packaging. Shipping is not refundable nor is it paid by us for returns. You must email first and receive an authorization code before returning your product. Only returns with authorization will be refunded or replaced.

We want you to be completely satisfied with any and all products that you purchase from Elysian Dream. We also have to be wise in our business practices while being fair to our customers. Refunds are processed once we have received and inspected the merchandise. We will then credit your PayPal account or issue you a check. We reserve the right to offer a store credit rather than extend a refund in certain situations. However, because our products are for personal skincare use, we cannot re-use a product that has been returned. We do not except returns on opened and used products. A Restocking Fee for 18% is charged for any canceled items after 24 hours. Also, for returned checks or Credit Card denial. This percent has been based on the salability of the product after return, shipping and handling costs and processing fees incurred by our company. This is standard in the industry. There is a $30.00 Returned check Fee for all checks that are returned through the bank.

** If you have not used our skin care products before we encourage you to order the sample sizes before purchasing a larger size product.


Product Samples
We receive many inquiries regarding free product samples which we do not provide. Samples are for sale in our store for 95% of our products. Due to the cost of making our quality natural skin care products, and the materials, ingredients, packaging, shipping etc. involved with marketing our products we feel the small charge for our samples is a fair assessment and that our samples have value.
